How Our Network Works

Talk to a local provider

Who You Will Talk To

You will speak with an independent local provider, not with Problemsbeaten Floor Coating. Each provider runs their own business. They set their own schedule, prices, and methods. We simply make the introduction.

What the Provider May Ask You

Expect a few simple questions. Have these ready:

1. Where is the floor: garage, basement, patio, or inside the home? 2. About how big is it? 3. Are there cracks, stains, oil spots, or old paint? 4. Does the slab ever get damp or flood? 5. What look do you want: plain, flaked, or custom floor finishes?

Photos help. So does a rough measurement.

Questions to Put to a Provider

Use this list on every call. Ask each provider the same things, so the answers are easy to compare.

  • How will you prepare the concrete?
  • Which coating system do you plan to use, and why?
  • Is the estimate written, with the scope spelled out?
  • What is the cure time before I can walk or park on it?
  • What does your warranty cover, in writing?
  • Are you licensed and insured where I live?
  • How will you handle cracks or moisture?

Compare Before You Choose

Lay the estimates side by side. Look at prep, materials, and coverage, not only the total. A very short prep list can be a warning sign. Typical U.S. costs vary a lot by job, so always get the number in writing.

The Decision Is Yours

You can say yes, ask for changes, or walk away. No pressure, no rush. There is no obligation to hire anyone you speak with.
